Urgent Pass Membership
Urgent Pass is not an insurance plan. Urgent Pass is a simple, cost-effective way to gain ongoing access to an urgent care provider for a low monthly membership fee. Effective October 1, 2021, members will now have a $0 visit fee any time they are treated at any of our urgent care facilities. A minimum of 3 month subscription is required. Urgent Pass grants full access to walk-in service at any of our 5 urgent care facilities. Members may visit any location as frequently as needed. Insured patients with high deductibles/co-pays, uninsured patients, and patients seeking care outside of their healthcare plan can use an Urgent Pass membership to avoid paying the full, out of pocket cost of each visit. Because we are an urgent care facility, we treat a range of conditions that would otherwise cost patients thousands of dollars at an emergency room or similar facility.
What Medical Services are Included?
- Office Visits
- Colds, Cough, and Flu
- Poison Ivy or Poison Oak
- Sinus Infection
- Ear Infection
- Asthma
- Stomachache
- Simple Lacerations
- Injections (Pain, Antibiotic, and Tetanus)
- Strains, Sprains
- Digital X-Rays (Simple Fracture Care)
- Pediatrics
- IV for (Dehydration or Antibiotics
- Headaches
- Burns (1st and 2nd Degree)
- EKG’s
- In House Labs (Urinalysis, Strep Screens, Flu Test, & Mono Spots)
- 1 Rapid COVID test is included per month ($50 for each additional COVID test)
Medical Services are not included:
- Vaccinations
- Immunizations
- Lab Services sent out
- Ancillary services, including physicals, drug screens, immunizations, and flu shots
- Durable Medical Equipment
- Limited to one COVID test per month
Urgent Pass Membership Cost?
There is a one-time enrollment fee of $10 per member. This fee is capped at $25 for families with four or more members. A minimum of 3 month subscription is required. This plan is NOT Health Insurance. This program is designed to allow participating members to obtain the program benefits provided by Urgent Pass. It does not involve insurance or evidence of insurance coverage. In addition, Urgent Pass makes no representation or statement that claims to offer or provide healthcare insurance coverage. We only provide discounts on medical services to our Urgent Pass members.
