Meet Brittanie Glenn, NCT
Nacogdoches Clinical Manager
Brittanie started at Urgent Doc in 2014 as a Patient Concierge where she soon after obtained her NCT X-ray certificate and began working as a Medical Assistant. She took on the role of Clinical Manager in 2018. Brittanie was born and raised in Nacogdoches with one brother and four sisters, one being her twin. She has two children, a boy and a girl. Brittanie loves to be outdoors and do things like play soccer, take walks and enjoy nature. She does not like snakes even though her mother would always pick them up and put them around her neck. Brittanie enjoys working in the medical field because it is nice to help others when they are sick.

Meet Melissa Del Toro, RT(R)
Nacogdoches Team Lead
Melissa graduated from Angelina College in 2018 with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Radiology. Shortly after, she began her career path at Urgent Doc as an X-Ray Technician and Medical Assistant. She joined the medical field because she enjoys taking care of others which shows in her work and dedication to her patients. In 2021, she took on the role as Team Lead in the Nacogdoches Clinic. Along with her two brothers and two sisters, Melissa was raised in Lufkin,TX. She is a proud mom of a handsome eleven-year-old boy, and a bonus mom to three lucky children and a family pet cat. Along with being a daughter, wife, and a hard working mom, Melissa enjoys watching football, exercising, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
